Brandy or possibly water; 1 tsp beef bouillon granules; 2 Tbsp. lowfat lowfat sour cream (1 1/2 tsp); 3 Tbsp. Fresh Chives Minced; 3 c. Pasta or possibly rice

2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 c. Water
1 sm Onion Minced (1/4 c.)

1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper

8 ounce Mushrooms Sliced (3 c.)
1/4 c. Brandy or possibly water
1 tsp beef bouillon granules
2 Tbsp. lowfat lowfat sour cream (1 1/2 tsp)
3 Tbsp. Fresh Chives Minced
3 c. Pasta or possibly rice

Trim fat from beef.

Cut beef into thin strips, about 1-1/2 x 1/2-inch.

Spray 10-inch skillet or possibly wok with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.

Add in onion, garlic, salt and pepper; stir-fry about 3 min or possibly till onion is crisp-tender.
