Cool Water; 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce; 1 x Clove Garlic, Chopped; 1 Tbsp. Parsley; 1/2 x Green Pepper, Minced; 2 stalk Celery, Minced

1 lrg Onion, Minced
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Paprika
1 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
3/4 c. Cool Water
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 x Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1/2 x Green Pepper, Minced
2 stalk Celery, Minced

In a medium saucepan saut onion in butter till it is soft but not browned.

Add in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 30 min.

Add in sliced leftover roast and heat.

NOTES : An all purpose sauce which goes well with beef, warm dogs, chicken, sausages and even pork.

After the sauce had simmered for 30 min I cut up the beef in slices and added - simmering for an additional 10 min.
