6 lbs. beef chuck roast
1 1/2 c. minced celery
3 lg. minced onions
1 green pepper
3 tbsp. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. chili pwdr
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
14 ounce. ketchup
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in large cooking bag (add in 1 Tbsp.

Cut 3 (1 inch) slits in bag and put in oven at 300 degrees and bake for 6 hrs.

Remove and mash up the meat into small pcs and stir well.
