Ingredients: 2 lbs ground buffalo meat; ¼ cup onion, diced; 1 cup mushroom, sliced; 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes; 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste; 2 teaspoons chili powder; ½ teaspoon pepper; 1 teaspoon paprika; 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained; 2 (12 ounce) cans beer, non alcohol if preferred

2 lbs ground buffalo meat
¼ cup onion, diced
1 cup mushroom, sliced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 (12 ounce) cans beer, non alcohol if preferred

Brown meat, onions and mushrooms in skillet with Worcestershire.

Pour off excess drippings.

Place in large pot.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, pepper, paprika and beans.

Pour in beer.

Simmer one to two hours.

Stir occasionally to keep from sticking in bottom of pan.

Serve with salad and garlic bread.

Note: This one is not that hot.
