Preheat oven to 350

Brown meat in dutch oven in oil on all sides. Remove and saute onions until soft in the fat. Place ribs back in pan and add the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Meat should fall off the bone. Skim off any excess fat and let cool.

Remove bones, leaving just the meat in the sauce. Place in freezer containers and store in freezer.
