BBQ Pulled Pork-Topped Sweet Potatoes

   Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

   Prick potatoes with fork; place on rimmed baking sheet.

   Bake 40 to 45 min.

   or until tender.

   Cook meat and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat 6 to 8 min.

   Split potatoes.
