1 bag frozen hash browns
2 cups shredded cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 pound pulled pork from your favorite BBQ joint, Dallie's Smokehouse St. Louis
1 cup molasses based BBQ sauce from favorite BBQ joint, Dallie's Smokehouse St Louis- Don't use a vinegar based sauce
green chillies small jar of chopped
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Optional - add half stick of butter

Add to mixing bowl along with sour cream and green chillies and mix until blended
