Slice the pork shoulder into 1 inch slices and set aside.

Mix brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper in a Ziploc bag.

Pour in ketchup, bbq sauce, and worcester sauce & mix together.

Add in the the thinly sliced onions and mix all together.

Put the pork into the Ziploc bag and rub the sauce onto the meat (covering all the meat).

Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Set the oven to 285 degrees F.

Place the marinated pork onto a baking dish (remember to pour all the sauce in as well).
