1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
1/4 c. Vinegar
1 tsp Dry mustard
2 lb Lean grnd beef
2 x Large eggs, beaten
1 c. Oats
1 med Minced onion
1 med Cholled green pepper
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Poultry seasoning
1 tsp Dry parsley

Combine sauce ingredients; divide in half and set aside.

Combine meatloafa ingredients and half sauce.

Bake at 350F.
