   Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350F.

   Whisk oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt and cayenne into a large bowl.

   Add bread cubes and toss until coated.

   Spread bread on bakng sheet and bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

   Cool before serving.
