BBQ Chicken-Mac & Cheese

   For each serving: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.

   Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp.

   (5 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add 1/3 cup (75 mL) mushrooms; saute 2 to 3 min.

   or until golden brown.

   Add macaroni & cheese, 2 Tbsp.

   (30 mL) barbecue sauce and 1/2 tsp.

   (2 mL) mustard to skillet; mix lightly.

   Cook 1 to 2 min.

    or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

    Spoon onto plate; top with 1 sliced chicken breast.
