Basil Chicken with Cream

   Pound chicken flat.

   Coat in milk, then coat with breadcrumbs.

   Saute both sides of chicken in butter in a large skillet until done, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

   Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a boil.

   Stir in whipping cream and boil for an additional minute.

   Reduce heat.

   Add parmesan cheese, basil and pepper and cook for another minute or until heated through.

    Serve over pasta.
