Basic Pasta Salad – a delicious recipe with Pasta, Tomato, Banana Pepper, Green Onions, Black Olives, Garlic. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1) Cook pasta according to directions on box (normally around 10 min). You can use the whole box or a half and basically any pasta you like. In this instance I used multigrain bowtie pasta.

2) Chop tomato, pepper and onions while you wait on the pasta to cook.

3) Drain and rinse the pasta - place into a large bowl.

4) Combine all the ingredients together in the bowl. I normally dump the veggies on, then the seasonings and drizzle the oil/dressing all over it.

5) Toss all the ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator (or eat immediately if you don't mind it a bit warm).

Try this with fresh spinach shredded, green pepper, red pepper, orange peppers.

Fresh Parmesan cheese lightly sprinkled on the top of each serving is divine!
