In a large bowl, combine grnd beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, lowfat milk, garlic and chili pwdr; mix well.

Shape into about 45 1-inch balls.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat till oil sizzles, about 1 minute.

Brown on all sides.
