1/2 c. water

1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
18 oz. can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. catsup
