Ingredients: 1 c. ketchup; 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce; 2 tsp chili pwdr; 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar; 1 slc white bread (1/2 oz); 1/2 c. low fat lowfat milk (1%); 1 c. chopped fresh onion; 1/2 c. grated fresh parmesan cheese; 1/2 c. finely diced carrot; 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley; 1 tsp minced fresh sage (or possibly 1/4 teaspoon dry); 1/2 tsp black pepper; 2 x cloves garlic chopped; 1 1/2 lb grnd sirloin; 1/2 lb lean grnd pork; 1 lrg egg lightly beaten cooking spray

1 c. chopped fresh onion
1/2 c. grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/2 c. finely diced carrot
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp minced fresh sage (or possibly 1/4 teaspoon dry)
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 x cloves garlic chopped
1 1/2 lb grnd sirloin
1/2 lb lean grnd pork
1 lrg egg lightly beaten cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.

Place bread in a food processor; process till finely grnd.

Combine bread and lowfat milk in a large bowl.

Add in 1/2 c. ketchup mix, onion, and the next 9 ingredients (onion through egg); stir till well-blended.

Place beef mix in a 8 x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour.

Brush remaining ketchup mix over top.
