1 c. Lowfat milk

1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
1 Tbsp. Chopped onion Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Catsup
1 c. Water
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 slc Lemon
2 tsp Chili pwdr

Soak crumbs in lowfat milk.

Shape into balls and put in baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in a pan; bring to a boil and cook several min.
