Barbecue With Sauce

   Cook on high in crock-pot for 2 to 3 hours.

   Reduce temperature to low and cook for 8 hours.

   (Keep about 3 inches water in pot while cooking.)

   Turn off and let sit overnight.

   In the morning drain and pick meat off the bone.

   Add sauce to meat and cook in crock-pot on low for 3 hours.
