Barbecue Roast Beef Recipe

   Put in crockpot or possibly Dutch oven.

   Cook on top of stove on low heat for 4 to 5 hrs.

   Take out fat and bone if any.

   Cut meat up some.

   If sauce is too thin pour some off and cook down a little.

   Good first day served as a dinner with other vegetables, then leftovers.

   Pull meat into small pcs and cook down in sauce to make sandwiches.
