Corn kernels or possibly corn nuggets; 1 c. Low-fat sesame sticks

1 c. Cheerios
1 c. Spoon-size Shredded Wheat
1 c. Corn Chex or possibly corn bran
1 c. Pretzels
1/2 c. Dry-roasted peanuts
1/2 c. Sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. Soft butter or possibly margarine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Chili pwdr
1 tsp Grnd oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Tabasco sauce, or possibly to taste
1/2 c. Corn kernels or possibly corn nuggets
1 c. Low-fat sesame sticks

Heat oven to 350 F. Combine cereals, pretzels, nuts and seeds in a large bowl.

Heat butter; mix butter, Worcestershire, chili pwdr, oregano, paprika and Tabasco in a small bowl.

Pour sauce over cereal mix and toss till well-mixed.

Spread on a cookie sheet and bake 15 min till toasted, stirring twice.

Let cold.

Toss with corn kernels and sesame sticks.
