1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Soften bread crumbs with small amount of milk, then combine hamburger, onions, egg, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.

Shape into a loaf.

Top loaf with 2 or 3 slices of bacon.

Combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, hot sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour sauce over loaf.
