Ingredients: 2 lb lean ground beef; 2 large eggs; 1/2 cup milk; 1 cup dry bread crumbs; 1 cup ketchup; 2 tbsp dried minced onion; 1 1/2 tsp burger seasoning; 4 tbsp ketchup; 4 tbsp maple syrup; 2 tbsp dijon mustard; 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Servings: persons

2 lb lean ground beef
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1 1/2 tsp burger seasoning
4 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

preheat oven to 350.

spray 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray

combine meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl

blend well and pack into prepared loaf pan

mix topping and set aside

bake meatloaf for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

remove meatloaf and drain grease (carefully)

top meatloaf with 4tbs of the topping and bake for 15mins longer.

Remove from oven.

You can elect to pour remailing sauce over meatloaf or allow guests to top their own.
