Pour this mixture out into a 21 centimeter pie pan and press into the bottom and sides. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Separately, in a bowl add the egg whites and a pinch of salt. Whisk them into soft peaks. Then start adding the powdered sugar little by little while continuously whisking. The eggs should end up stiff and shiny. Set aside.

Pour the can of dulce de leche into the bottom of the pie pan, cover with banana slices, then the egg white mixture.
