Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Place graham crackers in a food processor and process to fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in butter and half the cinnamon.

Transfer to an 8 inch springform pan. Using fingers or the base of a glass, press crumb mixture over base. Chill for 15 mins, or until firm.

Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add sour cream, lemon juice, mashed banana and remaining cinnamon and beat until just smooth. Pour over prepared crust.

Bake for 1 hour, or until just set. Cool completely in pan and chill overnight in fridge.

Turn out of pan and cut into wedges. Decorate with whipped cream, banana slices and chocolate shavings.
