In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon. Slice your banana bread loaf into 1 1/2-2 inch slices (about 8 slices total).

Place about 1 tablespoons of butter into the warm skillet and melt it.

Dip one slice of bread at a time into the egg mixture and place it onto the hot skillet. Cook a few slices at a time with about 2-3 minutes on each side. When done, set the finished slices aside on a plate. Put the remaining butter into the skillet and melt it. Repeat until all slices are cooked.

Warm the caramel sauce for a few seconds in the microwave.

Place one piece of toast onto a plate and spread a thin layer of chocolate cream cheese on top. Place another piece of toast over that. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with warm caramel sauce. Serve hot!
