2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, separated

1 cup buttermilk
1 can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Microwave chocolate and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.
