["Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rinse off tilapia fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides of Tilapia with Old Bay, Seasoning Salt, Sea Salt, and Pepper then set aside. Lay out a sheet of aluminum foil long and wide enough for both tilapia to fit and so you can fold up the sides to prevent juices from running during baking. Drizzle olive oil on the foil along with the Lemon and Garlic Dill Sauce. Lay tilapia on top then distribute the diced tomato and onions across tilapia fillets. Fold edges of aluminum foil to create a ""pocket"" for the fillets and make sure its sealed. Place foil pocket in the oven and let baked for approximately 15 mins. During the 15 mins, you can also whip up a rice pilaf if you desire. After the 15 mins remove tilapia from oven and immediately serve over a bed of rice pilaf."]
