Add sweet potatoes to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and paprika.

Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and tender on the inside. Rotate and flip fries halfway through.
