Baked Sweet Potato Boats

   Poke several holes into the sweet potato with a fork .

   Bake sweet potatoes at 350F for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or so.

   It should be soft to the touch.

   Remove and let cool to room temperature.

   When it has cooled split sweet potato in half long ways.

   With a spoon gently remove most of the potato into a mixing bowl.

   With a potato masher blind in the butter, brown sugar, 5 spice and salt.

   Put the sweet potatoes blend back into the skins.

   Bake at 350F for about 1 hour.

    Let cool for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
