flour
salt and pepper
5 Tbsp. margarine
mustard
3 slices bacon
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Soak the meat overnight in salted water.

Dry and roll in flour.
