Ingredients: 1 tbsp butter; 3 medium dice potato; 1 1/2 cup cabbage; 1 large onion; 1/2 cup stock or water; 2 small carrot (optional add on ); 1/2 tsp dried pasley; 2 slice cooked bacon chip or; 5 slice of mackeral fillet season with salt; 2 slice lemon

Servings: persons

1 tbsp butter
3 medium dice potato
1 1/2 cup cabbage
1 large onion
1/2 cup stock or water
2 small carrot (optional add on )
1/2 tsp dried pasley
2 slice cooked bacon chip or
5 slice of mackeral fillet season with salt
2 slice lemon

melt the butter then saute onion and potato with carrot 2 minute then add stock simmer for 5 minute then add cabbage then season with salt

OPTIONAL ADD ON THEN add bacon or mackeral ( if using )

put another 3 tbsp of butter and springkle parsley on top of potato and cabbage then bake at 200 C /400F for about 15 to 25minute (if using mackerel ) till top crispy and brown
