Baked Pork Loin Roast

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0. Trim boneless pork loin roast. Rinse and pat dry. Rub roast with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; place in an aluminum foil-lined 13- x 9-inch pan.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 150u00b0. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.

   Baked Pork Butt Roast: Substitute 1 (4- to 5-lb.) boneless pork shoulder roast (Boston butt) for boneless pork loin roast. Prepare recipe as directed in Step Bake at 350u00b0 for 4 to 4 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 180u00b0. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
