Baked Grilled Potato

   Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork and wrap each one in double thick, heavy duty tin foil.

   Place the potatoes directly onto hot coals and cook for approximately 45 minutes, turning potatoes often, using tongs.

   Split the potatoes and top with 1/2 stick of butter for each potato.
