Baked Egg Custard

   Combine Egg Beaters, sugar and salt.

   Stir in scalded milk and vanilla.

   Pour into 5 ounce cups.

   If desired, sprinkle with nutmeg.

   Set cups in a shallow baking pan.

   Add boiling water to a depth of 1-inch.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
