Baked Cornish Hen With Rice

   Combine celery and uncooked rice in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

   Spread onions over rice.

   Top with Cornish hens, skin side up.

   Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.

   Add bouillon, seasonings and rice packet seasoning.

   Stir until bouillon is dissolved.

   Pour over hens.

   Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour.

   Uncover.

    Brush hens with butter and bake, uncovered, for another 1/2 hour.
