Baked Chocolate Pudding

   1. Preheat the oven to 400u00b0F. Place the chocolate in a mixing bowl over a pan of simmering water and add the butter. Do not let the bowl touch the water or the chocolate mixture will burn. Stir the chocolate and butter until just melted. Remove from heat.

   2. In a mixing bowl, place the eggs, sugar, a tablespoon of water, flour and vanilla and mix until just combined. A bit at a time, add the chocolate mixture to the mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined.

   3. Pour the mixture into 4 one-cup ramekins and put on a baking tray and on the middle rack of the oven.

   4. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the edges are fully set. Remove from the oven straight away. Serve with cream or berries. Dust with icing sugar.
