50g butter, melted

750g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (or roughly chopped chocolate)
Chocolate Sauce
150g milk chocolate, roughly chopped

Combine biscuit crumbs and butter then press into the base of a greased 20cm springform tin.

Beat Philly*, sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until smooth.

Beat in the sour cream and flour until well combined.

Pour mixture into prepared base and bake at 160C for 50 minutes.

Allow to cool in the oven with the door ajar.

Gently heat together the chocolate and milk to form a sauce; chill.
