Baked Chicken Recipe Otaku

   In a medium size bowl crush crackers until they resemble fine bread crumbs.

   Add herbs and mix well.

   Rinse chicken breasts under water and pat dry.

   Coat both sides of the chicken in oil.

   (you might have to heat the coconut oil up a bit if its in a solid state).

   Roll moistened chicken breasts in crumb/spice mixture and place in a Pyrex baking dsh.

   Bake uncovered in a pre-heated oven at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes.

   Allow more time if your chicken breasts are thick.

   Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste when you are ready to eat.
