Baked Cavatelli Recipe

   Cook and drain pasta; set aside.

   In a large skillet cook sausage till no pink remains; remove from skillet.

   Whip pan clean and spray with cooking spray; cook green onion and garlic till tender.

   In a 2 qt casserole combine cooked pasta, sausage, onion mix, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, half of the mozzarella, Italian seasoning and pepper.

   Toss gently to combine.

   Bake, covered, in a 375 oven for 25 min.

   Uncover, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake for 5 - 10 min more or possibly till heated through.
