2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 can B & M baked beans

In heavy skillet, melt shortening and saute onion and pepper until tender.

Add ground beef and let cook 10 minutes until meat is browned.

Add flour, spices and tomatoes.

Mix well and simmer 10 minutes.

Combine beans, turn into baking dish.
