Preheat oven to 375f

Clean chicken and remove the fat

In a bowl mix the chicken with black pepper - onion powder - cayenne pepper - garlic powder and 2 tbs of oil

In a frying pan add the other 3 tbs of oil and wait till the oil is hot then add chicken and brown them evenly

While the chicken is browning grab a medium size bowl and add the ketchup - white vinegar - melted butter - brown sugar - dry mustard - worcestershire - and chili powder and stir

When your chicken is done browning place in a lightly greesed baking dish and pour the sauce mix over it and cover it with tin foil

Bake for 35 minutes then take it out and turn all your chicken around and put it back in the oven uncovered for a next 35 minutes turning once again in the last 15 minutes
