Baked Bacon-Wrapped Filled Mushrooms

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

   Mix grated mozzarella and feta cheeses together and fill each mushroom cavity full.

   Take a half slice of bacon and wrap around filled mushroom.

   Place on baking sheet in a single row.

   Repeat with remaining ingredients.

   Bake 20 minutes.

   Remove from oven and place each baked mushroom on top of paper towels to drain excess grease.

   Transfer to a serving platter.

   I usually have warmed marinara sauce in ramekins on the side, for dipping.
