1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 3/8 cups hazelnuts
1 1/8 cups biscuits whole grain
1 15/16 cups mascarpone
1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons rum
1 13/16 cups dark chocolate
1 tablespoon cocoa powder Dutch
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon butter

Remove the skins from hazelnuts (by blanching or by roasting for 15 -20 min. at 175 u00b0 C (347 oF) and then rubbing)

Combine the water with sugar and bring to the boil for a few minutes

Stir in the finely ground nuts and biscuits

Stir in mascarpone

Flavour with vanilla and rum, mix until you get a paste

Take 2/3 paste into another container

Melt 170 g chocolate with 2 tbsp of coconut oil on a very low heat or water bath

Stir in the chocolate into 1/3 paste and spread in the form of about 14 x 23 cm (approximately 5 1/2 x 9 1/2 in), which we lined before with the plastic film

Use your fingers to press the paste evenly over the entire surface, then place in the freezer for 15 minutes until the dark layer hardens

Spread the rest of paste - light paste on the dark layer, and pour melted chocolate in a tablespoon of oil and butter on top of it

Allow to solidify in the fridge overnight, or in the freezer for 30-45 min (but not let it freeze)

Before serving, remove from the cold and leave for 5-7 min. at room temperature, then cut into small squares or rectangles and sprinkle with cocoa
