Marinade the chicken overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. To make the marinade, place all the ingredients in a zip bag big enough to hold the chicken. Make sure the chicken is well coated with all the spices and oil. Place the bag of chicken in the refrigerator and marinade for 4 hours or overnight.

To bbq, turn on bbq for 15 minutes prior to using, place chicken on the grill and cook for 7-9 minutes, flip and cook an additional 7-9 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and you see no more pink (my photo shows the uncooked chicken on the grill, you want to cook it until the meat is all white).

I served my chicken on top of lettuce with balanced green beans, scallions and a light dressing. You can serve it as a meal as well! Enjoy!!!
