1/4 c. butter
3 can whole kernel corn liquid removed
1 med green pepper diced
2 c. chicken broth
1 quart half-and-half
7 ounce green chiles diced
1 pkt Lawry's Spices and Seasonings for Fajitas
2 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
1 dsh warm pepper sauce to taste

In Dutch oven, heat butter.

Add in one can of corn and bell pepper; saute/fry 5 min.

Remove from heat.

In food processor or possibly blender, place remaining two cans of corn and chicken broth; process till smooth.

Add in to Dutch oven with half-and-half, chilies and Spices for fajitas.

Return to heat.

Bring just to a boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; blend in cheese, seasoned pepper and warm pepper sauce.
