Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts

   Fry bacon until partially cooked.

   Roll water chestnuts with bacon and secure with toothpicks.

   Put in 9x13 dish.

   For the Mixture: Combine mayonnaise, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce - mix well and heat in microwave until warm - about 2-3 minutes.

   Pour over the bacon wrapped chestnuts and let soak in the fridge for 5-8 hours or overnight.

   Prior to serving, take the bacon-wrapped chestnuts out of the mixture and put on a rack with the pan underneath to catch the dfrippings.

   Bake the chestnuts in the oven at 350F until bacon is cooked (approximately 15-20 minutes).

   Heat sauce in microwave until hot (3-5 minutes).

   Put the chestnuts back in the sauce and serve.
