Bacon Wrapped Japanese Leeks

   Remove the green parts of the Japanese leek and chop into 5cm pieces.

   Chop the bacon in half crosswise, then use to wrap up the leek.

   Secure with a toothpick.

   Heat the frying pan without oil.

   Align the ingredients made in step 1, then add 2/3 tablespoons of water.

   Cover it with a lid and steam-fry.

   When the leek is softened, remove the lid.

   Pan-fry until the bacon is browned.

   Sprinkle black pepper to finish.
