   Cut your chicken into finger like portions.

   Make your marinade in a plastic ziplock and add the chicken and make sure to shake the bag well so all the chicken is coated well.

   I like to marinade at least 4 hours and up to 8.

   At the same time to make it easy, just add the skewers in another baggie with some water so they can soak.

   They dont have to soak as long just 5-10 minutes, but why not do it all at once.

   No to skewer them.

   I start with the end of each ... the slice of bacon and the bottom of the chicken finger and push the skewer up through the piece of chicken and then wrap the bacon around ending up at the top and secure the end on the top of the skewer.

   Now you have a perfectly skewered chicken finger, skewered and wrapped in bacon which is secured at both ends.

   Grill or bake / broil and they are excellent.

    Just mix the mustard and honey and serve with the chicken.

    Hot, room temp and even chilled is great.
