Bacon Roll-Ups

   Preheat broiler.

   Trim crusts from bread.

   Spread each slice of bread lightly with about 1 Tbsp peanut butter.

   Cut each piece of bread lenghwise into thirds.

   Roll up strips and set aside.

   Wrap a slice of bacon around each piece of bread and secure with wooden pick.

   Place on broiler pan.

   Broil about 2 minutes or until heated through.

   Drain on paper towels.
