Bacon-Mushroom Sauce with A.1. Steak Sauce

   Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp.

   Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1/2 cup of the bacon drippings (or 2 Tbsp.

   of the drippings for trial recipe) in skillet.

   Drain bacon on paper towels.

   Meanwhile, add mushrooms to reserved bacon drippings in skillet; saute on medium heat 4 min.

   or until mushrooms are tender.

   Chop bacon.

   Add to skillet along with the steak sauce, beef broth, sherry and brown sugar; stir until well blended.

   Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 6 to 8 min.

    or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

    Keep warm.
